We currently deliver within Germany and to selected European countries .

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
In exceptional cases (e.g., high demand), the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs will be displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your order.
We offer free shipping for orders over a certain value (details at checkout).

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days after payment is received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status at any time.

Should your order arrive damaged or an item be missing, please contact our customer service immediately. We will find a solution quickly.
