At Prada Style, your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the following conditions.
Return policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods .
Conditions for a return
In order for us to accept a return, the item must:

be unused and unwashed

are in their original condition

must be returned in the original packaging .
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear or baby hygiene products) are excluded from return unless otherwise stated.

Please return the item securely packaged to the address provided.
Return shipping costs

The customer bears the costs for the return shipment , unless there is an error on our part.

In the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 7–14 working days .

The refund will be issued via the original payment method .
exchange
A direct exchange is not currently possible. However, you can return the item and place a new order .
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
